Billing Policy
As a courtesy, our office will bill your insurance company for you, however, please remember that patients are ultimately responsible for their own medical bills and we appreciate your cooperation in this regard. We collect all co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service. If you have no insurance, payment in full at the time of service is expected and customary. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns regarding your bill.
